  I ordered a bike online and had REI bike shop unbox and set it up with tubeless tires and a pair of clip pedals that I bought from them. Their bike shop did not tape the rear wheel rim properly so the rear tire constantly goes flat. Even worse, they either cross-threaded the pedals, didn't use grease when installing the pedals, or probably both, so now I have to replace my crank arms because I can't change out the pedals. This is very BASIC stuff and they completely screwed it up, and it's going to cost me quite a bit of money to fix. I'm never bringing another bike of mine to them again.

  From my son: They fixed my bike and when I got out of the store I pop a perfect wheelie and it felt good nice just amazing and the inside it was … amazing, clean and just so 😊

  Rei didn't have the exact shoe I was looki.g for in store. The staff offered a substitute that I really liked. I joined the coop for a one time fee, and got out the door cheaper than expected. They offer returns for up to a year with receipt on gently used items if you are a member. As well as coupons and discounts. Its a great outdoor men/women shop.
