They had so much knowledge to help assist us in getting the correct fit for the type of skiing we are into. I can't say thank you enough. You were all so kind and helpful.

Brett offered to help me find them and took me to the location where the spikes were The ones I needed weren’t there. I mentioned they were online. He looked them up and said we have one pair. He looked all around other isles. And he found that one pair in my size. Now that’s tremendous customer service! Thank you Brett!

Was purchasing at the register with Charles and said no several times to his offer about the rewards. After saying no 3 times he then asked why I dont want to. After telling him I dont like signing up for rewards at places I dont shop at often he started acting short and snippy with me. If I say no once just give it up. Absolutely will not come back because of my experience with him. Just go to scheels, the people working at scheels are awesome.

I came in just to do some research for my very first backpacking trip and wasn’t planning on buying anything, but her twinkling eyes, genuine enthusiasm, and knowledgeable brain convinced me otherwise. She took the time to walk me through all the gear I’d need, explaining the differences in a way that was both approachable and confidence-boosting. It’s rare to meet someone who can balance being both incredibly informative and genuinely fun to talk to, but Cece nailed it. I left not only with the right gear but also with excitement for my upcoming trip. If you’re new to backpacking or just need guidance, ask for Cece! She’ll make sure you feel prepared and inspired!
