- MMMikeSep 26, 20255.0Ted, Chris, and the manager (forget her name) we're amazing. They all were so warm and welcoming. Insanely helpful and it felt genuine. I've worked retail and know how hard they push customer service. And this didn't feel forced at all. They seem to love what they do and truly enjoy helping people . Big shout out Chris for spending extra time with my wife and I as he helped up snag our ner sleeping bag. Thanks again guys . Please take them out to lunch or something

The employees are very knowledgable and offer you their full attention to educate you on products/fittings. Recently, Talya did an amazing job walking me through sizing for a backpacking pack. She was so helpful in teaching me about the different steps in adjusting the pack to fit my body.
