  Have always had a great experience shopping here, but I needed the the bike shops help with an e bike. Spoke with them on the phone and they told me to drop it off whenever. I did and they completely went over it, and surprisingly it was done the very next day. Outstanding service, knowledgeable, and are super personable. Completely satisfied!!! If there were 10 stars, they’d have it..,

  This place is a true diamond! Not only they fixed my bike quickly, but they gave me a lot of helpful advice about long bike rides. Finally, they double checked my bike is fixed and gave me a water bottle. I'll rate this place 6/5!

  Staff here very friendly and my return was with a smile even though I purchased the item three states away. Love REI and that's good because I am a part owner.

  My husband and I worked with James at REI IN Mechanicsburg to pick out travel backpacks. He was really awesome! He was a great listener to our wants and needs and we walked out with 2 great backpacks that were comfortable and perfect. It took about 10 backpacks to get to that point and again, James was patient, friendly and easy to work with. I was especially appreciative that he had weights to put in the backpacks so I got the best idea of what a full backpack would feel like. Great experience!
