The first lady I talked to got me to the experienced person that I needed to talk to right away. He asked if I was using hiking poles and I knew we were off to a good start. I started using them a few years ago. He was able to offer suggestions about energy bars and endurance fuel based upon what him and his wife had used. It was exactly the help I needed.
