  Based off the reviews this store needs to hire new staff who actually care about their job and have better attitudes. I as a black man especially won't be going there lol

  I came in today hoping I’d find running shoes after many weeks of trying and failing to find the right shoe. The salesperson there, Korey, was so helpful and nice! He helped me find every size I needed and I left with the perfect pair.

  We’ve been REI members for years, and since the Santa Monica location sadly closed, we’ve been coming here instead. Great location on the lovely marina, making it easy to combine with a dinner outing, grocery shopping, or a nice walk. The employees have all been very friendly and helpful, and we will continue to come back. The one question I have is why aren’t pets allowed in the store? Apart from that, this is a good store.

  Nice 15 minute wait to speak to the bike shop employee. Entire store has maybe 10 customers. Clearly understaffed and not trained.
