  I sold my like new condition backpacks to REI resupply and they took them and refused to pay me or give them back. It's straight up THEFT. I'll never shop at REI again.

  i’ve worked in customer service in the past and empathize. the staff seems at this location: lack the self awareness, place judgement, or make comments not related to any particular question when asked nicely.

  This is the used gear store. There were some good deals on hiking boots and such. The staff member we talked to was helpful. It was also fun that a rock collecting society had a booth manned with volunteers with rock samples and such to look at.

  Walked in during the middle of summer to look for a pair of ski boots, not sure what I'd find. I found a great pair of boots at a great price, but the highlight of the day was definitely the service I got. Alexander (the resident ski guru) was amazing. Super helpful, super knowledgeable, and didn't mind answering my million questions. He went above and beyond in making sure I got what I needed. Couldn't be happier with the service at REI Re-supply. Thanks, Alexander!
