    Matthew is amazing! He helped me with a bike issue and fixed it right away, he is very kind and has excellent customer service support, I look forward to coming back and seeing him every time I go to REI.

    Customer service went above and beyond. I traded my daughter’s bike in for a larger one. The one I bought wouldn’t be ready until the weekend. After we left, my daughter told me bike to school day was this week. I called REI to see if they could do anything. The manager drove to another store to pick it up for me today. Michael, Brian, Matt and the rest of the team. Thank you. My daughter is so excited to bike to school tomorrow

    Usually love REI! I’ve been a member for almost 20 years and first time I’ve returned something was essentially interrogated and chastised by Lindsey! She was essentially shaming me for returning something (similar to a past review written by someone else). Very rude, and should receive some conflict management training, along with training on service recovery. Definitely not a representative of the brand I’ve come to know and love.
