I don't have a bike, I have an electric scooter and although they don't work on scooters they have always been exceptionally helpful (Whenever I go to a small bike shop on town they act standoffish towards me). I've had tries put on, bought brake rotors and other small things. Today I went in to get replacement brake pads for my scooter since I've been riding around without brakes for a while. Bill got me the right ones and even helped me install them and tightened and adjusted my brake cables for me. I'm always very impressed and happy when I leave this store. Thank you very much Bill, my scooter stops on a dime now!
