- AMA. MutyaJun 29, 20255.0Very convenient location for us. We were there for a water shoe and my husband was having trouble locating his shoe size. Online it said it was available but they couldnt locate it at the store. Chris stepped up and did not gave up. Looked every where and sure enough it was there in the wrong location. He was very friendly and patient with his costumer. We waited for our turn to be serve so I had a chance to listen and observe his conversation with another costumer and he it really shows that he likes what he was doing. REI sometimes feels like a disney to us when we go in and find new gears and even just to look around and imagine doing outdoor activities.

- AMA MSep 8, 20245.0Great staff! Great experience! Amazing inventory. We were invited to attend the Family & Friends Pre-Grand Opening event. I found a pair of REI shorts and they didn’t have my size(XL). REI has a great line of REI-branded apparel which is on par with Lulu and Patagonia. The staff found the shorts I wanted, in my size on the mannequin. The REI staff deconstructed the mannequin, removed the product I wanted, and rebuilt the mannequin. Now that’s Excellent Customer Service!!! We purchased three pairs of shoes and the Blue REI 5” inseam running shorts.
