  This REI is quiet and has the best staff! Every time I’ve been in everyone is incredibly attentive and helpful. Special shout out to Serena who helped me navigate finding the right hiking boots with my grandma hovering over my shoulder telling the both of us what would and wouldn’t work haha

  Colby is a real bike wizard. He was gracious enough to gift us some of his infinite bike wisdom. Hes clearly passionate about what he does and is kind enough to share his knowledge. Cant thank him enough for helping my cousin and I fix our bikes preparing us for an adventure to alaska.
