  Absolutely terrible place of business, I came in there this morning to buy sandals and stood in the back for 20 minutes waiting on either the woman I saw or the guy I saw to help me, another woman comes in with her friends and is immediately assisted, still while I waited, then a man comes in and he is waited on and I still couldn't get any help even when I asked it was like I was invisible, so I got fed up and walked out, if a company isn't willing to treat there Customers with better respect and to help them, then that right there tells me I am not welcome and need to take my business and money somewhere else to spend.

  Just left the store with the perfect backpack thanks to Thad! We tried on at least five packs…multiple times….hiked around the store…wash rinse repeat! Thad was so patient with us! Thanks REI!

  I guess I've bought all the stuff I want from this place because I haven't purchased anything in a Iong time. Lol
