  I am incredibly impressed with the level of customer service at Regent Bank in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, particularly from Maurna and Zac. Their customer service is absolutely top-notch, and they are so personable that every interaction feels welcoming and genuine. Both Maurna and Zac go above and beyond to ensure that any questions are thoroughly answered and that every banking experience is smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism, paired with their friendly and approachable demeanor, truly sets them apart. It's rare to find such a perfect combination of efficiency and warmth in customer service.   My relationship with Regent Bank started in December of 2022. I was in a rather peculiar situation and they went above and beyond to meet my needs! Justin Guile really took the time to explore all options and present them in a timely manner. Will definitely continue this relationship for years to come!
