I'm so frustrated right now, which is a Saturday. Yesterday I tried to buy a coffee and my card was declined. Called the bank and they said there was a hold put on the card for "suspected fraud". I let thean know, there's no fraud that is valid. Go to this morning, same thing. And of course there's no help on the weekend. I've only had this account a few months and is the 3rd time. I am very disappointed with this bank. I can't pay my bills or buy groceries for my family. This isn't acceptable.

I've been a customer of Regent Bank since they opened their Oklahoma City location and could not be happier. The staff make a real effort to get to know their account holders and are genuinely friendly. There have been no surprise fees on my account even though it's a sidebar/secondary account that doesn't see as much activity as my family's operational account. They definitely live up to their posted mission of making customers feel like family. Highly recommend them!
