  I purchased a Kohler kitchen faucet as an option offered by the Toll Bros design studio. It was offered as a voice operated faucet that worked via a kohler app. After I moved in, I wanted to set up the voice function. I own an iPhone. I found that things didn’t work as advertised. I contacted Kohler customer support. They informed me that Kohler app was not fully supported for apple platform. Only android was 100% supported. I then realized that I spent $1000 on a faucet that only partially functioned as advertised and sold to me. I have asked Toll bros to reimburse me for a product that doesn’t work as advertised by their design department. They have decided to not act in good faith and have tried to sweep this problem under the carpet. All I want is to be reimbursed for a not fully functional product they sold me.

  Narrow front doors. Awkward front steps, why not a ramp? Bike lanes next to street parking, some vehicles and/or side mirrors in bike lanes. Why not put extra parking in alleys? All the street parking ruins bike lanes and looks terrible. Poorly designed community. No thought for usability or aesthetics. A little forethought would have gone a long way. Disappointing visit.
