Been a homeowner at Regency Avenir for the past year. Absolutely love it here. Everyone is welcoming and friendly with so many activities to participate. Have made many long lasting friendships. Working with Toll Brothers was easy and our home has been top quality from day one. With the upcoming Avenir town center this is going to be an exceptional place to live for a very long time. Highly recommend if you are considering a 55 and up community.
