  I recently worked with Maddy and her customer service was amazing! She was very helpful with all my questions and concerns and seemed very knowledgeable in her field. I was impressed with how clearly she explained the different coverage options and helped me find a policy that fit both my needs and my budget.   I'm not usually one to leave a review but I HAVE to- I had such a wonderful experience working with Maddy! She was incredibly sweet, kind, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. It’s not every day you come across someone who is not only knowledgeable and professional but also makes you feel truly cared for. Maddy took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process feel so easy and stress-free.
