  DO NOT BUY WITH TOLL BROTHERS HERE! The WORST experience I’ve had and I’ve worked with many different builders over the years. Lots of warranty issues post-close and taking months to rectify. Take a look at how they left the grading on my home and then claimed it was my neighbor’s home builder. Took 4 months to “fix” and cut my Internet line twice doing it. They make you feel worthless once you sign those closing documents and rely on their lack of support construction managers and regional managers who are too busy to care. Workmanship and quality of the home is very questionable. Buyer beware!
