Purchased a firearm through Reeds online, the price was unbeatable by far, had an issue on my end with a new ffl dealer I was using so I contacted Reeds customer service and they reached out to the dealer to get the issue resolved. The customer service here was great. Shipping was still fast. I definitely I from Reeds again.

This place has everything! The staff are very helpful and kind as well.
I purchased a new high end Kimber rifle from Reeds. Set up a new scope and when sighting it in found that the rifle won't even load a round. I called them and they said I have to send it in to Kimber for repair. You buy an expensive new rifle and they won't address the issue. Terribly disappointed and not a good way to attract customers. Now I'm missing hunting season and who knows how long it will take to repair a defective rifle. Way to go Reeds.
Bought a muzzleloader combo at the most recent gun fair that I thought was unopened.  I got it home and it was missing the scope and rings. Looked at the box closer and it had been opened and resealed with clear tape.  Went back and forth with customer service, got a scope and rings. The rings were a used set and the scope wasn't the correct one. They did eventually send me a new set of rings but wouldn't do anything about the scope. Highly disappointed with how customer service handled the situation and lied on numerous emails.      I've been a loyal customer to Reeds for many years with many purchases, but after this experience they lost my business.

Only get two stars due to having the firearm I couldn’t find elsewhere, otherwise it would be one star. Ordered over the phone Saturday, was told the FFL to ship to they had on file it will ship Monday. I call Tuesday due to no update (tracking), oh no we don’t have that FFL on file I don’t know why they told you that. Okay so switched FFL to one that person said was on file and that it is shipped fedex 2day air. Finally shipped Thursday (could’ve been shipped Monday or Tuesday if they hadn’t made the FFL error) and won’t be delivered until Monday as they requested 2business day NOT with a Saturday delivery. I called and asked for them to contact fedex and have the delivery changed—nope can’t do it. Not even a hey let me check just flat out no. The issues with this order from their end you would think they’d be more willing to provide some kind of customer service, wasn’t the case. Will never order from this store again even if they were the only store left in the world.
