Authentic Ramen Gem – Worth the Hunt! I had the spicy miso ramen here and it was absolutely delicious! The broth was rich and flavorful, with just the right amount of heat, and the ingredients were fresh and high quality. It’s clear this place knows how to do authentic Japanese ramen. The shop is tucked away in a bit of a hidden spot, but it’s 100% worth finding. Highly recommend for any ramen lover!

The spot is a vibe! We were visiting from Orlando for my daughter’s birthday and happened upon this place when we were attempting to eat within walking distance of the Hilton. Man oh man this did not disappoint! The employees were awesome as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO!

Had a chill evening here. The Ramen had it’s own twist, which is up to individual Taste I guess. I went for the truffel Salt Option which was suprisingly good. The Overall experience was nice. Calm music - nice Ambiente Not too big yet not Crowded. We had Dinner for 2 on a Friday night at 7:30 and would definitely go again.

Red White Boneless Ramen in DTLA really came through for me again. The sesame ramen is rich, creamy, and packed with layered flavor — it’s definitely the one. I also tried the sweet chili taco roll (crispy and spicy with the perfect bite) and the roasted miso avocado roll, which has this buttery texture and bold miso flavor that stays with you. They’ve mastered vegan ramen and rolls without compromising texture or taste — and the downtown location has a chill, minimal vibe that makes the whole experience better. Super clean, fast service, and open late. Always a win. Definitely one of my top spots in LA.

My friend and I were downtown looking for somewhere we could both eat. She's vegan and I'm gluten-free. She really wanted Ramen, so we decided to check it out. It was wonderful! I was jealous of her chewy wheat noodles, but the GF version is still super tasty. A wonderful variety of textures and flavors that really bring the dish together. I had the yuzu sesame. Make sure to get it spicy. It's not spicy, but has a little kick. And the cold oolong tea was delicious. The lady running the counter was super sweet and helpful too. The only weird thing was the very loud monotonous clubby music. Very strange for a lunch spot. It was a bit corporate-looking too. Just put up some cute posters and play anything else? Nonetheless, we really enjoyed our lunch.
