  Highly recommend this company! They checked all boxes and exceeded my expectations of service. Came home to a hot house and reached out to Redd's. First, they answered the phone, no need to leave a message and call back! Second, they answered my questions and were willing to find answers to ones they didn't just know. Third, they promptly set up an appt, inspected and estimated my repair needs. Overall; professional, friendly timely service at an affordable price. Thank you team members of Redd's!

  Thank you, Redd’s HVAC! Every single person I have worked with has been honest and helpful. I wish I could give them 10 stars! We have a lot of issues with our indoor air quality and aging equipment. We met with a few different companies for troubleshooting and advice before we decided to go with Redd’s. We chose them because of how well they listened to our concerns and the attention to detail they put into finding solutions. One of the steps was to replace the upstairs HVAC and the whole team was excellent! They are punctual, professional, and very respectful of your space. When we continued to have an issue with one of the vents (not their fault - was an issue with the home itself), they worked hard to find a solution and explained every step. It wasn’t a quick fix, and I feel great knowing it is now done right. They were very communicative throughout the whole process. We will continue to use them for all of our HVAC needs and feel great recommending them to anyone we can! If you want the best, call Redd’s!

  So glad we were recommended to Redds! Our thermostats stopped working and we were out of air all night and half the day. They came out within the hour of calling and had the issue fixed in an hour! So thankful it wasn’t major! A bonus is we weren’t charged an arm and a leg like the first place we called who wanted to charge $500 just to come out and run a diagnostic. We will definitely be recommending Redds to others moving forward!
