- AFAustin FindleyAug 29, 20254.0Good morning/afternoon, We just recieved our treatment from Randy Love whom did a great job and was very communicative with us and answered all of our questions. However, leading up to him, we've talked to numerous personnel from your company/office regarding what we needed to do prior to him arriving and was told DIFFERENT "lists" from each person. One person said we needed to empty kitchen cabinets and bathrooms, someone else said laundry rooms. Someone else said we needed to leave/vacate the house for 2 hours afterwards. This ended up having us empty the entire kitchen, pantry, laundry room, main bathroom under the sinks. When Randy showed up he said that we didn't need to pull anything out because all he did was put some bait on the inside of the cabinets and spray the baseboards and the entire outside of the home. Nor do we need to vacate the home unless the odor was bad enough which it's barely noticeable. We weren't told that anything was going to be sprayed especially along the baseboards. I asked numerous times if they spray bomb the house and was told no. The reason I'm emailing you this is because we were given misinformation and wasted time/energy focusing on the wrong areas when we should have been pulling items away from the walls which is very frustrating knowing that half of the inside of our house didnt get sprayed due to this fact. All of your office employees need to get on the same page as your out in the field employees because their not AT ALL and are giving misinformation to the customers. I look forward to hearing from you and what you can do to assist this frustration/miscommunication, thank you! UPDATE: They called within 10 minutes and offered me a refund of $65ish. Thank you for clarifying the misunderstanding and resolving the situation
