    The crew showed up in there timeslot , and they executed the project in a timely manner in a clean work like manner.. Solar panel attic fans working correctly and the house is cool and running efficient, with the new carrier infinity system. Thank you, Joe and your technician Crew .

    Red Star has been to.my house 4 times in 6 months and the problem is still not fixed. I can't get the assigned technician here. They keep sending people unfamiliar with the system. When they leave without correcting the problem, they say the assigned technician will contact me, but I hear nothing until.i follow up.

    Honest company. I initially put out an inquiry on yelp and put down what I was able to self diagnose. They texted me back and worked with my diagnosis and verified if I diagnosed it correctly and gave me some pointers. I had them come out and Rocky came out and gave a final diagnosis of the issue and laid out the options for me and his recommendations. No pressure at all. He brought up the possibility of trying to replace the coils themselves (they were leaking) which is most likely the cheapest option. They also contacted the manufacturer for me to check for warranty. Price wise, for the options seemed to be a little higher than average but I know during summer time, all hvac companies are charging more so not a knock on them. All in all, I would not hesitate on calling them again (waiting for my builder to reply to see if there is anything they can do the get the warranty since they said they offered 10 year parts and labor warranty)

    Replaced blower motor on 5 ton Carrier unit. I feel Carrier is overcharging for a blower motor and I will never purchase another Carrier product. I feel Sebastian did a good of job and he is a nice young man. I paid 2034.01 for a simple motor.
