I called because my car blew a seal and I lost all hydraulic pressure in my clutch and needed my car towed. I had my 5 y/o with me on Halloween night, we were gutted we wouldn't be able to go trick or treating. Red's sent Kevin from Pro towing (a partner) to come help us, and he made a very bad night so much better. Upon arriving he made my daughter smile with candy he'd picked up, and he kept polite conversation the whole way that lessened how bad the evening had turned with the car breaking down. I cannot express my thanks or my appreciation enough, because it's people like Kevin that restore my faith in humanity with kindness and thoughtfulness when people are having to deal with a bad situation. Thank you for making my daughter smile, for saving us in our time of need, and for easing some of the hurt I felt not getting to take her out for candy tonight. You're an amazing human being!
