  Roi was rerouted to help unlock my electric car when the key fob had interference and wouldn’t unlock in a remote area when I’d stepped out of the car for the mail. There was no cellular connection. He had the door unlocked within 3 minutes of arriving. He got my 18 month of twins out in a jiffy! I’m very very grateful!!
