  We come to Red Lotus with family, friends and guests from out of town all the time. I love how attentive and friendly the staff is. Love every one of those amazing ladies working there :) food is always same quality and we love it

  The website to order food online was down and had a pop up message that said call to place an order. Called and waited 9 minutes on hold. Just to have the person to answer explain they cant place orders for pick up over the phone and that it has to be done online or in person. I explained that online was down and it directed to call. They said they would talk to their manage, 6 more minutes on hold they said sorry we have had too many people place orders on the phone and not show up if you want to come in that is the only way we can help you since our website is down. Then hung up. Decided that that experience isn't worth putting my money behind. I won't ever eat here now. THE EDIT IS THIS SECTION: Got a response back from management. It was a response but it came off as mechanical and corporatized. This sat with me oddly so I scrolled through to the other bad reviews and saw very similar mechanical writing and its got me wondering. Are these responses now replied with AI because they do feel very chat GPT like responses if you look. Just something I had to share.

  Food & drinks are SO GOOD. Service is sooo slow. I had to wait long to sit and it was a long wait just to receive my ticket. Have time to wait if you come here

  Uhhhhh I don’t know what to say. I have never had Thai food quite like this… One would say not to get Thai food in Louisiana, but I was really craving a pad thai. And I don’t know what they put in it, but it sure tasted like they sautéd their pad thai in buffalo sauce. I’m no chef. And it could have been something else. But this wasn’t pad thai…

  The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and served surprisingly quickly. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was welcoming without feeling too crowded or noisy. One extra perk is that you can use your rewards points here, which is always a nice bonus. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great meal with solid service and added value.
