  I lived here for a few years after medical training brought me to the area. I renewed my lease more than once and honestly loved living there! The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and full of light. It stayed pretty quiet inside, while still being conveniently located in a bustling neighborhood, close to lots of great shops and restaurants, as well as parks and the riverfront. The complex's well-maintained common spaces (like the deck/patio) were great. Commuting all over the Twin Cities was also quick and easy from Red 20. Parking here was a particular perk, with assigned covered and climate controlled spaces - a must for Minnesota winters, as well as a rarity for the neighborhood! Red 20 staff were always responsive and helpful, addressing our rare maintenance needs efficiently and completely. Overall, I felt like I got an exceptional value for the price paid. You simply couldn't ask for more from an apartment complex!

  My daughter was an incoming grad student to the University of Minnessota when we came to Minneapolis last May to apartment shop. We toured many very nice facilities and rent prices were comparable. As a father I was very picky about where my daughter was going to move since it was the first time she would be so far from home and Red20 was the first place I felt completely comfortable that my daughter would be looked after. A big part of that was meeting Viorel when he gave us our initial tour. He answered every question I fired at him and worked to address every concern both she and I had. Most importantly, it was quickly obvious he knew every tenant, not just by name, but knew them. He was the only leasing agent we met who reassured us he would get us through the application process and was there on move-in day to make sure we had everything we needed to get her set up. Little things matter and it was impressive that when I called the office for questions during the process, he didn't just answer calling me by name, but remembered almost everything we discussed during the tour my daughter brought up. He was the single thing that set Red20 far apart from the other places we looked at and made it so much easier leaving my daughter in Minneapolis.

  Great location, price, and management. Viorel made the whole process very easy from tour to move in. Apartment was clean and ready on time. Would recommend to anyone looking to move to the area.

  Quiet apartments in a great location. Staff does a good job responding to maintenance requests and are very friendly, my dog loves stopping in to see Viorel and Skylar over lunch. Having community events hosted by management would be nice, its one of the only things i miss from other apartment complexes. Would be a good way to get to know neighbors.

  Viorel gave me the tour and he was great! He's honestly a big reason as to why I decided to choose this place. I had a couple of great options tbh, but the amount of space I get here led me to choosing them. Nick, the other property manager was very kind to me as well. Overall, the location seems to be great and no major concerns so far so *fingers crossed* everything works out in my favor!
