- MIMatt IsaacsApr 25, 20221.0I went here for an adapter to install a chlorinator, something that was missed for some reason when I purchased from them. The lady in there was extremely rude, it was borderline a fireable offense. When she finally came out with a part it was the wrong thing and nothing close to what I asked for, when I explained again what I needed with more clarity she snapped at me and said she wouldn't help any further. I ended up finding the part I needed on Amazon with next day shipping for less than retail price. If this was the first bad experience here, I would probably let it go, but every time I try and use them it goes wrong. I don't know who is rating them 5 star but unless you are giving them part numbers then paying and leaving, I just can't understand. I doubt I would ever go back here, Suntime and Leslie's offer better\happier service and Amazon is next day most times, it would have to be a real emergency to give this place another look. Hopefully an ownership\management turnover is close.
