  They do not pick up the phone or answer emails. Finally someone answered after 10 tries, and was very short and hung up. Not helpful at all. How do you expect to run a business like this.

  Clean store, clean parking lot, friendly staff, good products to choose from. I went for bike repairs because where I live (about 32 miles away) no ebike repair is available. Shame! I appreciate the thorough repairs that were performed. However, sure took longer than I expected. That bike is one of my primary vehicles. I ended up having to pay ridesharing almost daily. If YOU don't mind having to doing so, this shop is alright.

  My bike was here for two months for just a bolt. They are really slow and don’t stand by the time they give you. They never call you back you have keep on calling for them to actually do the work.
