RCS Storage is one of the leading self-storage facilities in Rapid City and Summerset, South Dakota! We have 2 locations in Rapid City at 1314 Fountain Plaza Drive and 1824 Marlin Dr, off Highway 79. Our Summerset location is at 11160 Liberty St. All locations are easily accessible from Interstate 90. We offer our services to individuals who need self-storage units for their residential and commercial use for anything from a few extra closets to a multi-car garage’s worth of machinery, appliances, tools, and other possessions.

- DKDavid KrummApr 14, 20251.0The only thing I hate worse than writing a poor review is a company that deserves it by way of low handed business dealings. First, RCS knows that if you move all your stuff into a storage facility, the high cost of moving again is a barrier to moving again, so they kinda know where they stand. This is the second time and the last time that I will be in the position of allowing RCS to take advantage of the situation. I have rented a unit for 1.5 years. My card is on autopay, so I just don't think about it. As soon as my card expired, they could have sent me a notice to let me know before it became a late fee of $15. But instead, of course they waited until they could charge the $15. They said they sent me an email a while ago, but honestly , RCS mails are spam and so that's where that went. So yeah, cheesy, small insignificant, but whenever RCS gets to do the right thing they go for the small, cheesy and insignicant. I guess they must be barely surviving to fight for every penny like that. As for me, I'll be doing business elsewhere from now on and recommending the same for others.
