Loved the store. Salesman was awesome. It was a great price on all the furniture. They delivered for free. And this is where the story goes south. I put together my King Bed. Went to put on my boxsprings and they were too short. I called customer service and asked them if the could come swap them out. They said the soonest they could would be 4 days out. Then they reccomended on the day I am moving into my new house that if I want them swapped out I need to drive on hour to SLC to fix the issue. All the while customer service and her boss said they did not deliver the wrong ones and said I should take it up with my salesman. What's he gonna do? Will not be telling people to shop there. Sorry RC, but customer service recommending I fix your mistake is not good business.

Justin Gibson was our sales associate. He helped with our purchase of a mattress. I was anxious about this purchase. Thinking that it would be like buying from a used car salesman, pressure of an upsell, buying something that you really didn't want, etc,etc. This wasn't the case at all. Justin walked as through the mattresses in our budget range, told about the different types of construction, had us trying out each one. Then he left the decision up to us to make. We drove to the warehouse in Salt Lake that night to pick it up. As we wanted to sleep on it that night. The pick up went smoothly. If you need a new mattress, I highly recommend Justin to help you through the purchase.

Huge selection of different types of furniture. Staff is extremely friendly & helpful. However, their systems are backwards and need updating. Like I had to make separate purchases for a chair and a bed because the chair only qualified for 12 months no interest and the bed and all bed related items qualified for 36 months no interest. Why couldn't both items be put together with 36 months no interest? Then because of that, I almost got charged twice for a delivery fee because the cashier wasn't paying attention. But before I left, I noticed that the receipt with the chair had been charged with delivery fee as well. Pay attention folks for your good. Also they tried to stick me with a plan that had interest on it. Um, no. I was told no interest for both purchases and plan on paying attention when I get billed.

Selecting the items were great. However, delivery was a problem - twice! One item was delivered on time no problem. The other items were scheduled to be delivered and then no one showed up and no communication was provided. They claim the items were damaged but no one contacted us. After taking our bed apart for the second time we had another failure. During the second attempt they didn’t deliver all the parts and we were told that the parts needed weren’t in until Nov 7th. Again, an email or call would’ve been nice because every time we have had to cancel our plans to be home and had to take apart the bed etc.
delivery guys were nice. The dispatcher and the salesman blamed each other for the poor communication. They need to get their delivery communication issues resolved. It was annoying.

Purchased an all in one computer 5 years ago. The video card died 14 months after the purchase and is not fixable in the all in one. Continued to pay on it but went through some hard times. Paid on it when I could until I could make consistent payments again. 5 years later I still have a balance just over $500 I called to find out if this balance could be adjusted because the computer broke after 14 months and I felt like I had paid long enough on it. The gal I talked to said it was all late fees and she had never seen anything like this before I asked about adjusted it and she said they wouldn't do that. I asked to speak to someone who had more authority to do that, she put me on hold and then said the supervisor told her they would only adjust one fee. Wow, talk about not caring about your customers. I will never do business with RC Willey again.
