    We came in looking at couches trying to get an idea of what we wanted for our home. Yvette was super helpful answering all questions and took time to show different options. She wasn’t pushy like other salesmen that I interacted with through out the day. We decided to sleep on the decision and if we still liked the couch in the morning we would go in and get it. She got everything set up for me and made the whole process smooth. Highly recommend asking for her if you’re in the search for any furniture! 5 stars! Do expect to spend a little more than what you think though.

    I am excited about my new sectional for my living room. I have never bought new living room furniture before and I am in awe. I went to my friends the other day and her house was so cozy with surround couches. I came home and told myself it is time to have some furniture that welcomes the family when they come to visit. I am very happy and comfortable.

    I went to purchase a TV and ended up getting one off of the floor along with a sound bar. When we finally got home, we realized that the power cord was missing to the sound bar so my husband had to drive all the way back across town for an hour to get it. When we got home, he plugged it in and we were setting things up, so I started the registration process for the products and found out that the sound bar is missing speakers for the surround sound. When I called today to see about returning it as nothing on my receipt says no returns or final sale some guy from the electronics department got on the phone and was talking at me 100 miles an hour so I couldn’t even get a word in, then Arguing with me about how “missing pieces is not a means for return”. He kept changing his story saying 24 hour return then he said 48 hours, none of which is listed on my receipt and nor was I told or made aware of this policy. As far as I knew RC Willey was 30 days when I looked it up it said 15 days for clearance, which is fine as I am only at a week if that. they were purchased on October 14. this guy just kept arguing me in circles and belittling me saying that I was “so happy and excited to buy it before I knew anything was missing”. But as soon as I asked for a manager he tells me that I “just don’t like the answers he’s giving me”. I said “no, I don’t like the way you’re talking to me” and then he transferred me back to the operator instead of transferring me to the manager that I asked for. I have called four+ times since and just get voicemails or transferred again. When I get the name of this employee, I will update my review with his name, but I’m sure this is the guy from back in December that was so rude and pushy with me that I actually walked out of the store crying. so I did not purchase my entire kitchen from RC Willey that day Because of the way he treated me. I recognized his voice on the phone and I ran into him again when I made this purchase and avoid him all cost Because of his poor behavior and lack of customer service skills. I honestly cannot believe after all this time that he still has a job there. I have never had this much trouble out of this company. It’s sad to say this will probably be the last of my business If they stick it to me like I think it’s going to happen. I find it really sad how much companies these days are lacking customer service and treat people poorly and still expect them to spend money there.

    The Fisher and Pikel refrigerator is extremely nice. It fits my tiny kitchen. I wish the door hadn’t been slightly dented. I’m delighted to work with Rolando Garcia on my kitchen remodel. I will buy the remainder of my appliances from him. The three stars is for product quality and customer sales service. The other two stars were not checked because of the third party delivery service. I know good help is hard to find. In the future I will request delivery from a RC Willey staff delivery person. I hesitated to fill out this form; but the product, customer service, and sales of your company was excellent and shouldn’t be overlooked. Respectfully.

    I purchased a LG 86 inch television and bought the extended warranty and was told if I didn’t use it I would receive a rebate of 50% when the warranty expired. Well that was a lie what they actually give you is a gift card to their store, which is weird because we already purchased the TV. The sound bar the cabinet it sits on the couch and the loveseat lamps but more do we need furniture wise not sure about this had I known it was going to be a gift card I probably wouldn’t have purchased the warranty. The salesman lied blatantly and I’m not happy about it so I recommend RC willies to another person. Well, let me put it this way I used to and people ask where I got my TV. I would tell him proudly but now this leaves a really bad taste in my mouth.
