Julie helped us and she was so amazing! The couch we ordered showed up, but was way too dark for my liking. I called her and let her know I thought it was going to be lighter. She immediately helped us to order the same sectional in a different color. She was always available and assured us that it would arrive at our home before we had a party. It showed up and I am so glad that we went with the lighter color. Even the drivers were awesome. They didn’t make me feel bad that I didn’t like the one they brought. They let me knew that they would be available to deliver it prior to my party. They were very kind and willing to make sure we were happy. I had a wonderful experience with the team I worked with and would definitely work with them again.

RC Willey: Excellent Sales, Appalling Post-Purchase Service.
BUYER BEWARE. RC Willey excels at selling furniture but fails catastrophically at customer service and warranty resolution. I warned them this review was imminent.
In August, just months after purchase, our expensive couch developed manufacturer defects covered under warranty. The repair process was an absolute nightmare, resulting in a couch returned with wobbling arms—a situation so frustrating I refuse to call for further repair, fearing they will only worsen the damage.
The company refused to replace the defective couch or repair it in our home. Instead, they demanded a two-week removal, leaving us without essential furniture.
The initial salesman was excellent; everything that followed was unacceptable. RC Willey's staff, and frankly, management, demonstrated a clear lack of concern as you'll read below.
Service failures were relentless:
Parts Delays and Communication: Repair parts took many weeks to arrive. The company never called to inform me they were in stock; I had to call them.
Managerial Evasion: My text to the salesman resulted in a promise from manager Charles to call that same day. He failed to call for three days.
Wasted Time and Blown-Off Delivery: I was directed to Jared Ratcliff/Ratliff regarding the re-delivery. They scheduled a specific day and time, that I be home, and then failed to show up, wasting an entire day of my time. Their complete indifference was palpable.
Damaged Return: After the mandatory two-week removal (for which they made zero effort to expedite), the couch finally returned late. It arrived dirty, scuffed, and with the aforementioned wobbling arms. Additionally, the sunken in cushion still leans to the inside a little.
This level of incompetence and disregard is unacceptable when purchasing high-end furniture. RC Willey's after-sales customer service deserves a zero rating. I will not be a repeat customer.

My husband and I ordered a couch nearly 2 months ago and each time we call in it’s another 2 weeks, another 2 weeks. We are holding on one last time but at this point it’s ridiculous that no one can give us a straight answer and they are stringing us along. This does not bode well for the honesty and integrity of the company. I’m especially disappointed where this is my first experience of RC Willey. I’m tired of calling in because the reps always tell us a different thing each time and I’d love a little honesty for once from someone there. One thing is for sure, we will not ever shop RV Willey again in future and will encourage others to steer clear as well.

Although it took us a while to decide on a new mattress and adjustable frame we finally found one at RC Willey in Draper. The process of purchasing went well and the delivery date was easy to set up. The night before delivery we were notified of a 2 hour window, noon to 2pm. Also provided online was a tracking app that gave us updated information as to when the truck would arrive. That proved to be quite accurate. The 2 men who delivered it were very professional and fast. They were in and out quickly even taking some time to show us how the remote worked for the adjustable frame. I thought the whole process was excellent.

I love the Draper RC willies I’ve purchased many items from them from washers and dryers to TVs to refrigerators, etc. never had a problem until now. I’m aware people make mistakes but this was a big one. My item did not show up. No one called me and it was supposed to be delivered today entertainment center with fireplace. I called to find out what was going on and the delivery department said they don’t have the item. It was never set up for delivery. The item was actually sent. Furniture store in Draper for customer pick up. A big mistake delivery fees were paid for assembling. The item was paid for and now they’re saying it’s there for me to pick up. I don’t have a vehicle to pick it up. I did it for Saturday so I didn’t have to take a day off. I needed the item today now I have to take a full days work off to wait around and have it delivered like it should’ve Delivered. The salesman was really quick to say this is the quickest Cell I’ve ever made. I said yeah that’s good for you. You get a commission and you didn’t even have to work for it and then messes all this up for me. Thanks Mr. salesman hopefully you are going to learn from your mistake and never make that mistake again.
