    BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could leave zero stars I would. We purchased over $10,000 in furniture and appliances from RC Willey for our new home and paid cash! We requested a delivery date on a Saturday that worked perfectly for getting all of our frozen and refrigerated food taken care of. Saturday came and we hadn't heard a word from them. I called first thing in the morning only to be told they changed the delivery date to a Monday and that only our bookcases were going to be delivered!!! I asked if they always randomly changed delivery dates without notifying the customer! I was told buy the unsympathetic customer service gal we were supposed to be notifed!!!! We weren't in any way shape or form. I told them I had to have my refrigerator for all the frozen food only to be told nothing could be done. After going round and round with customer service, my husband and son decided they would go to the warehouse and pick up the refrigerator which was an hour away. At first they told us we couldn't pick it up but my husband insisted. They made the 2 hour round trip to pick it up so we could make sure all our frozen food didn't perish. The following Monday they were supposed to deliver our desks, credenza and hutch, 2nd refrigerator and freezer. We did receive notification everything was going to be delivered, however, they were missing a desk and the L-bridge - we were told it was on back order. The following Saturday we received notification the desk and bridge would be delivered on Monday. Late Monday afternoon we call only to be told it was on backorder!!! Once again on Saturday we received a message stating the remaining desk and bridge would be delivered on Monday between 7:45 PM and 10:45 PM. My husband and I thought that was a very late time for delivery but what the heck - they aren't the most reliable company. Monday morning around 9:15 AM, we received a phone call from the delivery drivers stating they were 25 minutes away! I seriously wish I would have cancelled my entire order and was ready to when they told me they weren't going to deliver my refrigerator on the scheduled date when I needed it. I will NEVER, EVER purchase from RC Willey again. We have since bought an entertainment center and complete bedroom suite with mattress elsewhere from a merchant that was more reliable. STEER CLEAR of this poor excuse of a store. Their practices are deplorable!!! I will tell everyone and anyone to never buy from RC Willey

    The sales personnel and cashier staff were wonderful and we were excited for our new dining set purchase. We were going to pay with debit card online and that was a mess. Had to take another hour out of our weekend to go back to the store to conclude the purchase in person. Online system was horrible and we were unable to pay by phone despite valiant effort and another hour plus that we weren’t getting back. Technology, not people failed to impress.

    Don't have a salesman. Tell me I can bring in my old TV and drop it off to you and then the receptionist at the will call. Tell me the same thing and then as I'm unloading it management says I can't. You need to fix that so everybody's on your same page 70 72-in TV I brought. Then I had to take it somewhere else load it with the new TV so that didn't work out very well. Everything else was great. The salesman is great selling me the TV. Everything was fine up till the time I came to pick up the new TV. Had an old one in the back of my truck. They said I couldn't drop it off. I would suggest when somebody's got it in the back of the trucks and they've been told by two people. You can drop it off. I'd say management ought to stick with what their employees are saying and let me drop off one TV instead of me having to move it around. Get the new one in strap that one in and then strap in 72-in TV also and take it away with me. That's not a good way to do business with customers that have been with you for oh I'd say over 20 years. Thank you

    Went in on Wednesday. Ordered 2 recliners one fabric one leather. Had them delivered today 10/27 and my leather "recliner" is the right side of a reclining sectional sofa. Called customer service 1st individual was not help cause we didnt have the invoice or salesmans name. 2nd time got better help transfered us to our sales man. Upon looking at the email confirmation it stated recliner. Im not sure if the shipping department got my chair an another individuals items mixed up or what. My dad is having knee surgery in a few days ans need this recliner. Rc willy better do right and deliver what I had ordered with no extra charges.

    I had a half decent experience I wish I had been informed or aware of how dirty the mattress was underneath I'm going to have to hire some cleaning people to use pre-wash to clean the bottom portion of that mattress the young lady very nice respectful courteous polite and so was the older man the manager didn't find much time for me but hopefully I get a chance to talk to him one day soon I like to know what the warranty is on that mattress I appreciate your time and services
