  We bought a washer and dryer from RC Wiley during their sales event and was impressed by how smoothly everything went. Vanessa took time to explain features and helped us compare models without any pressure. Delivery was quick, and they kept me updated the entire time. The installers were punctual, respectful of my home, and made sure each appliance was set up and running before leaving. It’s rare to see that level of service these days. I’ll definitely shop here again.

  I was looking for a new 5 x 8 area rug. I had looked online and selected four that. I wanted to see in person. The sales person Christine was exceptionally kind and courteous looking each one up by the SKU number locating a floor model I can look at. they had one in the warehouse in three days later I was unrolling it in my living room, room, quality product and the best part. I got it 20% off!

  The delivery went pretty smooth especially the way customer service was handled. Teslxt messages and phone call notifications prior delivery was a treat! The energy of the delivery guys were outstanding. Other than putting a couple pillows on a dirty ground. 😖 But still grateful that they were able to deliver the sectionals in a timely manner.   We went in RC Willey looking and hoping to find our dining room table and comfortable chairs for our sitting area. Maggie was very accommodating and listened to what we wanted and needed. She also has a great sense of humor and made the experience enjoyable. After an hour and an half, we ordered our 3 chairs, table and matching bench. Today, 10/17, our table and bench were delivered. The delivery guys were great and helped me get my French door unstuck! We have the rest of the house to furnish! 😉

  Just had my black canopy bed delivered, and unfortunately, it wasn’t stained properly and needed to be returned. The issue? I recently had emergency shoulder surgery. When I originally ordered the bed, I chose door delivery since I was more than capable at the time of carrying it upstairs myself—and honestly, I enjoy putting furniture together (call me crazy!). Now, I’m unable to carry it or assemble it. So, I hired a handyman online. He’s here now, but the bed is being returned—and I still have to pay him the deposit and pay again when he comes back after the replacement arrives next week. THANKFULLY, I asked to speak with a manager and was connected with Kelly—and let me just say, she is an absolute asset to this company! I explained my entire situation, and after a brief hold, Kelly truly went above and beyond to help. She arranged for my replacement bed to be inspected by the warehouse manager before shipping and—get this—she offered courtesy delivery and set-up as a gesture of kindness! KELLY – THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! Because of you, I will absolutely remain a customer.
