- DSDemi SmoczkiewiczSep 30, 20255.0I went to RC today to do my BLS skills check using the RQI. The office and floor was easy to find. Signing in on the laptop was very straightforward. Even though I had chosen the contactless skill check off (no instructor). I had to make “contact” with the manager in the office a couple of times for items to help complete my check off. He was very kind and helpful. I appreciate this service and I will be back here for my renewal. Thanks RC.

- HAHolly ArcherAug 7, 20251.0Completed ACLS and BLS class in Irving 8/5 after over a month of them rescheduling me at the Richardson site with various lies about AC going out and no avaliable instructors. Another girl in class was on her 3rd try to get the class done and was from the Fort Worth location. Still cannot get the instructor James Shiplet to send me my cards. Have been on the phone with random customer service people at RC Health Services with no clear answers. $239 down the drain! Don't use this company.

Received a message three days prior that they don’t do classes for the one I signed up for on Fridays and that I would need to reschedule to Saturday, which was highly inconvenient. At least I received a message about the class switch. That would be the only reason to give them 1 star instead of 0. Then when I showed up for the Saturday class, no instructor showed up. I wasted my Saturday afternoon driving, waiting, and driving back from a certification class that didn’t happen. I have also received multiple appointment reminders after that class was supposed to have happened. I have yet to hear back from anyone regarding this matter. I have sent email, phone calls, and DMs and not one lick of communication. Just highly unprofessional. Don’t waste your time.
