The technicians were professional and provided excellent directions during the scans and kept me informed during the entire process.

BUT, you must do something with your website/link, It took me to a corrupt/bad/incorrect website that I entered my credit card info into. I had fraudulent charges on my account and had to shut down my account. YOU are responsible for that! Do something about it! Your clients are being preyed upon! Take action! Do better!! VERY upset!!
- SMSabrina McnallAug 19, 20254.0I have been using Rayas for a few years now because when they first opened a clinic near me, It was very easy to get appointments however, it has changed. Not sure if it’s lack of staffing or technicians ? My most recent Mammogram had an abnormality and it took me 3 months to get in to get a follow up appt for a breast ultrasound and I could only get into a clinic an hour away from my house. And when I got there I was questioned by the nurse as to why I waited so long to come back? I explained that their scheduler put me out that far. She apologized and said it shouldn’t have taken that long. Otherwise their staff is very friendly but they need to get back to getting quicker appointments.
