A tension spring broke on our garage door. We contacted Raynor Door Authority of New England at 444 E Industrial Park Dr, Unit 3, Manchester, NH 03109. They had visited us a couple of years ago, updating one of our garage doors. We were told that a repair person would arrive the 'next day' to fix the broken spring. The Raynor repair person, Craig, arrived 15 minutes early. He was extremely focused, a hard worker, efficient, and explained everything as he did his work. He replaced both tension springs, all cables, and then performed maintenance on both garage doors. (When we booked the appointment for service repair, we also asked them to do a maintenance check.) My husband and I definitely recommend Craig, and the Raynor company for garage door repairs. When we are ready to upgrade our other garage door, we will give them a call.

I am extremely grateful to Raynor Door for saving me a service call when a disconnected sensor wire on my garage door led me to believe I was at least in for an expensive service call, if not a new motor to open the door. No surprise on a recently purchased 1940 house. I'd already replaced the furnace, the roof, the electrical panel and more. I called Raynor, Sales Rep. Derek McDonald who talked with me about the problem. Derek surmised this might be a simple service call, not a need for a new door motor. He directed my info to Liz, Raynor's Office Manager. Liz quizzed me: did you do this, what happens when you do that, what about such-n-such. "Oh," said Liz, "that's a forced close" which means you've got a sensor problem. Go figure! Upon checking....one wire that looked attached was actually broken off. It was a simple "do it yourself" matter to re-attach the wire and be sure the sensors were still aligned to read position. Raynor saved me the cost of a service call!! This is extraordinary customer care!! I trust Raynor will give me the very best service possible in the future. When I need help again, I'll call Raynor. Give them a try.
