  Response to Rave Pools: I'm confused and concerned by your response because I followed up for the filter quote twice since it was first mentioned to me and I did not receive it. If anything, each time I asked it was as if it was the first time I was bringing this up. The comment on having a similar experience with another pool company is an absolute lie. I hope you record your phone conversations so you can verify this on your end. I also understand the pool being ready is not something you can guarantee which is why I was trying to schedule an appointment as soon as possible and the huge delay was on your end. To address the dates you listed. I received the estimate at 7:18pm on 5/12 and approved the estimate on 5/13. This is also after calling multiple times to move this along. I can't stress enough to anyone checking reviews how terrible this company's communication is and not to use them. ________________________________________________________________ Tried to call this company to hire for our pool service. Huge waste of time. Terrible service and communication. Took so long to get an estimate. Each time I spoke to the rep we were going over all the details as if it was my first time calling. Told me we needed a larger filter. When I asked if I was getting the estimate for the filter, person asked me if we needed a new filter. YOU'RE THE ONE WHO TOLD ME WE NEED IT. This company is so bad at taking down information to set up the first visit, I can't trust they would do a good job with the pool cleaning.
