I just began my academic journey this summer semester at Rasmussen University. So far they have been so supportive and guiding into adjusting to the university. Help is always around and I’m thankful for the staff that has allowed me the opportunity to study here. Special shout out to admission representative Charissa Berry with a smooth admission process

I was just six months away from graduating when everything fell apart. Rasmussen Brandon changed the curriculum mid-program, and I struggled through the most recent semester while managing serious personal and medical issues. Despite being told exceptions could be made under such circumstances, I was unexpectedly dismissed from the program. I asked for help and submitted documentation, but received no real support. My advisor incorrectly told me I couldn’t reappeal and even responded to my follow-up email with “LEAVE ME ALONE” in all caps when I asked her to send me the second appeal form. A different advisor ended up sending it. My appeal was ultimately denied twice. Now I’m left with over $20,000 in student loans and nothing to show for it. Future nursing students- look elsewhere. This school will not stand by you when life gets hard. All they care about is the money. The Dean left the program unannounced in the middle of the year, which raises obvious concerns about leadership and accountability. Since then, there’s been no real direction. Most instructors either read straight from PowerPoints or spend class time telling unrelated life stories. Terrible experience overall.

Leaving one star only because zero isn’t an option. This is hands down the worst school in the country. Total waste of time and money. They can’t even keep a dean, and the administration is completely disorganized. Clinical sites don’t even want Rasmussen students because we’re not properly trained — most can’t even perform basic tasks. It’s a joke of a program, and they should be ashamed of the education they’re providing.
