    I ordered this pizza tonight and it is the best pizza I’ve had in a long time!!I look forward to coming down everyday during my shift!! The staff is amazing and very kind!! I would recommend!!

    Always busy and popular with the locals. It’s the best spot to eat at Little River. Not necessarily good.

    I had a bad experience with the supervisor Jennifer. One of the servers was arguing with my wife about an icecream cone that had been ordered wrong. I overheard this commotion and told the server to hold on a minute and asked her why she was being rude. At that point Jennifer the supervisor came over to us claiming that I had been in there before and I was always rude when I come in. This really irritated me due to the fact that I am not even from Manistee and this was the first time I had ever been in the establishment. I told her this and she continued to argue with me claiming that "I am always rude when I come in here" so I told her I just wanted my money back and they could keep their ice cream. Jennifer refused to refund my money until security was present. The security personal came and she still refused to refund my money until I asked her for her name and told her that I was going to the front desk to see another manager about her behavior and poor customer service skills. The security manager asked me what was going on and I explained the situation to her and told her I did not appreciate that was accused me of being rude infront of all the other customers even though I had never been in there before. I even showed her my ID with my address on it and explained we were just in from out of town trying to have a good time and wanted some ice cream before we headed out. I also told the security manager she could check the video footage of what just happened and she would clearly see that we were not at fault here. The security manager apologized and commented on the fact that the employees at the restaurant were all little on edge due to being short staffed. I told her that I understood and just did not like the acquisition Jennifer made because it was not true and did not like being publicly humiliated infront of other customers. In my opinion the servers were very unprofessional. One of them was even yelling across the restaurant at my daughter infront of everyone. To tell you the truth I cant believe this all happened over an ice cream cone and we were treated like we were trying to get something we did not pay for. Pretty stupid if you ask me. I always thought customer service was supposed to be the number one priority. Not here I guess. We will not be returning. They can keep their food to themselves and then they won't have to deal with customers and won't be so rude and stressed out.
