  These guys are sooooo nice!! They let us bring our fire extinguisher over last minute and offered to help with anything we needed. Couldn't be happier with their services!! As another local business in the Springs, we appreciate excellent customer service!! :)

  This is the worst alarm company on the planet!!! They took over my system and didn’t understand it so they sent two techs to try to figure it out. They sat at my table on their computers trying to understand my error codes. They admitted that they don’t usually deal with this type. They left and it was not fixed but they felt the need to bill me $400 for their on the job training!!! It never worked. I didn’t get calls when the alarms went off (false alarms all the time) I now have 3 bills to the police and Fire department because they came to an alarm, that I never knew about!!!! Tried to cancel with them and they will not cancel your account without printing and mailing them a form and all the money THEY think you owe!! DON’T USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON!!

  They took over our alarm system a couple of years ago and have done nothing for us. They don't even call us when our alarm trips. Having been in the security business most of my career I feel that this is a complete scam. Suggest that you go elsewhere if you need alarm monitoring.
