  We just spent over 8 thousand with them and our environment is such that for safety sake we do a fire alarm test monthly. When they installed the system they failed to complete the job leaving part of our system, including being able to do tests, disconnected. They were supposed to then come back last week to fix this, but did not. They are going to have to be a lot more responsive...like COMPLETING the job... and customer-service oriented before they get a positive review from us
