After a helpful identification that the system was probably still under warranty, they resolved my issue on the same day and at a reasonable price for the speed and quality of service received. I will call them when I need service and need more replacement work.

The team that came did a great job. They were on time and worked hard to finish the job. I have high expectations on customer service. They met all of them!!

Living in Florida, where the heat is relentless, having a reliable AC company is a lifeline, and Ranger has proven themselves exceptional year after year. This is my second or third year using their services, and they consistently exceed expectations. I had to call Ranger air last night and the company had already closed so I left them a message. Their offices were not due to open this morning Saturday until 9 AM and yet Jerry called me at 8:30 this morning. They sent Nelson, who is an absolute wonder always respectful, always kind and patient. My AC system had just stopped working Was not blowing air, and of course, was not cooling. He checked everything topped to bottom and determined what I suspected that the problem was not the AC system. It was in the electrical system. This is the second time that the breaker has flipped in the box and as soon as Nelson, reset it, it came back on. So now I have an electrician coming today to figure out the problem. I want to thank Ranger air, Jerry and Nelson for quickly addressing the problem and for their continual patience and kindness. I cannot recommend this company highly enough! Ranger Air & Heating, along with their outstanding technicians like Nelson is a company you can trust wholeheartedly. If you value your AC as much as I do, do yourself a favor and call Ranger. They’re not just a service provider—they’re a game-changer. Highly recommend!
