  Every time I walk on the property, I am greeted by friendly faces! The service that they provide, the appreciation for their tenants, and professionalism is top-notch. I’d like to personally recognize Brittney the property manager for always quick responding and problem solving. Josh, the Maintenance Supervisor for always being on top of every turn in every unit! He helps get everything to the finish line! Indira for always being super helpful and knowledgeable. A top notch team that’s needed in this industry!

  I've had a great experience at Randolph Park, and one of the biggest reasons is the professionalism of the office staff. From the moment I first inquired about the community, the team has been courteous, responsive, and extremely helpful. The community manager, in particular, stands out for their professionalism and attention to detail. It's clear they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in maintaining a well-run, welcoming community. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly and respectfully, which really sets the tone for a great living experience. It makes a big difference when the people running the place are approachable and competent, and that’s exactly what you get at Randolph Park. Highly recommend!

  I’m giving Randolph Park Apartments 5 stars! The apartments are not only affordable and SPACIOUS But also the community is very safe! The property managers are both very sweet and genuine! Brittney really cares about each and everyone of her residents along with her assistant they both are always so respectful and kind! I’ve been in other apartments where maintenance did nothing but mark off work orders but Randolph maintenance is VERY active and respectful! Randolph park apartments is a wonderful place to stay! I encourage each resident to do our part as well as we require the company to do their part it’s all about the community and everyone working together to keep it safe and a clean environment ! Randolph you are doing an amazing job!!!!

  I had a wonderful experience living at Randolph Park Apartments! The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and located in a great part of Charlotte with easy access to shops, restaurants, and parks. My apartment was spacious. I especially loved the prices for the area it is located in. The management team was always professional, responsive, and friendly. Maintenance requests were handled quickly, and the staff really seemed to care about resident satisfaction. I also appreciated the quiet, respectful neighbors and the overall sense of community. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to live in Charlotte, I highly recommend Randolph Park. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily return in the future.

  I’ve been living at Randolph Park in Charlotte for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier. The community is well maintained, quiet and the landscaping is beautiful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The apartments themselves are older, but they are spacious, clean, and are in a great location. These apartments are close to shopping, dining, and major highways. I highly recommend Randolph Park Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable and welcoming place to call home!
