- NBNancy ByingtonSep 3, 20255.0Devin at Randazzo check out our air conditioner because it seemed like it was running a lot. Found it had a leak in Freon line. Gave us 3 options and quotes for the two that involved locating the leak or could replace unit. We decided will wait until spring and replace unit since no guarantees leak would be found and if it was, what would be involved in repairing it.

Nick, who came out for the estimate was great, clear communication, he was very upfront with costs and his thoughts regarding our options. Joe was the installer. He and his team work so hard and we're able to installer our new AC unit. They were careful of home, drop cloths, booties, etc. Very grateful for that. Joe was also very good at communicating what and how the new system works and offered to answer questions. He did a great job!

With our salesman’s help + Kendall & Mike A. in management, we have a replaced water tank with 0 cost to us. They absorbed the labor costs entirely, considering our situation which was extremely generous. I highly recommend RANDAZZO for your cooling & heating needs. You won’t be disappointed. In this fast-paced world of internet & social media, it is difficult to get a human to listen to our needs. Kendall at Randazzo listened!
