Simply amazing is how I would describe my experience with Randazzo Heating and Cooling. The most impressive thing about dealing with these folks is that every person I've dealt with has been incredible. I had a new furnace and air conditioning system installed several months ago. Randazoo sent over a phenomenal crew of highly skilled technicians and electricians. They worked hard to make sure all the work was done to very high standards. Not only did they do an incredible job with the installation, they also spent time explaining how to use all the new products, answered all my questions, and did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed. Very impressive overall!
My second experience with Randazzo was just as amazing as the first. Due to an issue with outlets and light in my bathroom, I found myself looking for an experienced electrician. Again, an incredible staff. They kept me in the loop via text as to the arrival time. Showed up on time and got right to work diagnosing and correcting the issues. All I can say is this place is quality start to finish. I highly recommend Randazzo for heating, cooling, and electrical needs.
Keep up the great work!
I highly recommend this company. I was able to receive service quickly after booking an appointment. A previous technician from another company had recently come out and was unable to solve the problem whereas Kyle, from your company quickly diagnosed and repaired my furnace restoring heat to my home. Thank you, Kyle

From the very first phone call was a great experience. I called on a Wednesday, sales technician was out that same day ( Carlo) who was very friendly, and knowledgeable.
I had couple other companies come out for estimates and called Carlo back. He came out next day and measured everything and I had my furnace and AC hooked up 2 days later. The installation team Justin and Jibran were awesome. Both were very kind, clean and friendly. Went over everything with us.
I had a new furnace and AC unit installed a few years ago, and right away I noticed that instead of placing the AC unit on the existing concrete pad, the installers set it on a new one. Normally, that wouldn’t bother me, but they placed their new pad on the crushed stone from the surrounding area then used cork shim to level the unit.
I’ve mentioned this issue every time they’ve come out for annual maintenance, but each technician brushed it off, including the one who had to reposition the unit after it started vibrating off the pad.
This year, an HVAC technician finally agreed that the installation was done incorrectly. He said the crushed stone should be removed and the unit should be reset on the original pad. He also confirmed the unit is still under warranty and said he would submit a work order to have it corrected.
Now, Randazzo is telling me I need to pay $800 for them to come out and fix their own mistake. The manager claims that since the installation passed inspection, I’m responsible for the cost. Great example of a company owning up to its mistakes and standing behind its work. Oh wait, they’re not. Nice way of doing business. Install unit incorrectly, then charge the customer to fix their mistake.
I hired Randazzo to install a $9,000 mini-split ceiling cassette system, and while the system is now running, the experience fell far short of expectations. The crew arrived unprepared, expecting to install a wall unit, and one installer used inappropriate language complaining throughout the day. It made for an uncomfortable and unprofessional experience.
By the end of the first day, the team left without the system working and admitted they had never installed this type of unit before. Supervisors came out a couple days later to get it running, clean up the messy mortar, and patch the wall — which I genuinely appreciated — but unfortunately, I had to complain to get it fixed and the job still isn’t quite right. After their second visit, i realized the unit sags because key clips were never installed, and I never received a manual or instructions for operation or maintenance. I’m still waiting to hear back on this.
Randazzo offered a free year of maintenance for the trouble, which was considerate, but it doesn’t fully make up for the lost time, stress, and two missed days of work. I paid a premium for a ceiling cassette because I wanted a clean, professional result — not one that looks unfinished.
In the end, the service and overall experience simply did not reflect the premium price I paid, which is why I’m leaving this review. I hope this feedback helps the company improve the quality and professionalism expected at this level of investment. Was it worth the cost? Not for me.
