  I have delt with a lot of lawyers of all kinds over the years. Some will coddle you (while billing you); some will go out of their way to do mundane paperwork (while billing you); some will constantly call and talk to you about anything (while billing you). See the thread? Randell isn't the type to run to up a bill with unnecessary things. He is honest and doesn't blow a lot of smoke. He gets to the point, does what he needs to do, and expects you to do the things you should be doing. When I get the documents in order that he asks for, everything turns out fine. Just recently, I asked for his counsel on a new topic. He let me know that he could do it, but there was a better option for me. He even gave me the contact information for that option. I have never seen a lawyer pass off a client because it would be better for the client. Anyway, long story short. If you are honest, he is too. Be prepared for the no BS answer, even when it is not what you want to hear. If you do your part, he will do his part, and he won't run up an unnecessary tab doing it. I am a repeat customer, which is a first for me.

  My elderly mother was recently served papers and being brought to court for something ridiculous. We didn't know what to do. I must have called a dozen lawyers and was finally referred to Randall Clark. He took our case, communicated well, worked promptly and proficiently and met the tight deadline we were facing. He won our case and saved the day! I'm not sure where we would be without him!

  Recently, I searched online for an attorney who would speak to me initially over the phone about a legal matter that I had questions about. In doing so, I came across Attorney Randall B. Clark, who was featured at the top of the list of a particular search. I called the phone number on record and left a voicemail for a return call. Not more than a very short time later the same day, Attorney Clark called me back. I explained what kind of representation I might be in need of. He stated he was experienced with my particular matter and we carried on a conversation. What I was most impressed by was the lending ear Attorney Clark provided. He allowed me the time to articulate my points with some detail without feeling rushed. Once he heard about the general matter, he instinctively responded with some fundamental comments and examples consistent with what I was looking for. What did this mean to me? Experience! We carried on with a few more questions and answers, but the call eventually ended only when Attorney Clark sensed I was satisfied with this initial conversation. He is fact oriented and makes very convincing statements. Also, he has a friendly sense of humor and we shared a couple of laughs. Attorney Clark clearly possesses the longtime legal knowledge and expertise with what I'm looking for, and if the need should arise to hire an attorney, I would trust being represented by Attorney Randall B. Clark.
