Purchased a wash session online for full service, went to wash the car and was told they don’t have enough staff for the day and full service is not a available, they offered to wash just the outside and told me to come back any time for full service.
I came back a month later, the manager that I dealt with was no longer there, including the owner.
New manager stated, it is under new ownership. He refused to honor the deal or understand the circumstances and offered 50% off.
I declined as I told him, this is not about price this is about principle, I would not be driving 10 minutes just to scam them and get a free wash.
Manager appeared to not care at all about customer service.
I advise for anyone NOT to use this car wash, they are overpriced, not that good and don’t care about customers.

Went there to try the wash since I heard it was under new management . Wash was well organized and car came out clean like new . I’m happy we have such a great car wash in our area.

Used to be the best but not sure what happened. did a vip $70 cleaning and they wouldn't even wipe the car down when it came out of the track and didn't spray down the interior of the car when that's what's specified as part of the best cleaning option.
The worker is asking me where is the problem I mean seriously you should know what your job is per service your selling to your costumer!!!

Absolutely Disgusted with the New Management – Stay Far Away
I’ve been a loyal monthly member at this car wash for years. I consistently pay for the monthly exterior wash package and have always returned because, under the old management, I was respected and treated like a valued customer. Whenever I wanted to add an interior cleaning, they gave me a reasonable discount, acknowledging that I already pay for a monthly service. That made sense. It was fair. It was appreciated.
Fast forward to today, and let me tell you — this place has gone completely downhill. The new management is a total joke. The so-called “manager” today was rude, arrogant, and completely dismissive. I explained that I’ve been coming here forever, I’m a loyal customer, and I’ve always received a discounted interior because of my membership — and he couldn’t care less. He stuck to his overpriced rates like I was some random walk-in and basically treated me like I was bothering him by even bringing it up.
Not only is the customer service non-existent, but the attitude is absolutely unacceptable. There’s zero appreciation for loyalty, no flexibility, and no effort to retain longtime customers. It’s like they WANT to push people away.
Oh, and let’s not forget: they are now the most expensive car wash in the area. For what? Mediocre service, clueless management, and no regard for customers? The pricing structure makes no sense. Why am I paying a monthly fee and then getting gouged for an interior wash like I’ve never stepped foot here before?
This place used to have standards. Now it’s just greedy, cold, and unprofessional. I’m DONE bringing my car here and I’ll make sure everyone I know hears exactly how far this place has fallen.
