  I recently; today :D, bought a bike from here after searching around online for a few days looking at inventories and prices. All the prices are basically the same so came here because it was closest and am glad I did. I decided to write a Google review because of my good experience there. I come here to do it and see that they have 5 out of 5 stars and laughed because it all made sense! Why would I be the only one with a 5 star experience? ;D. Yep...very nice people and very nice bikes. I love finding businesses like this that want your business and show their appreciation for it by just simply giving good customer service. What sucks is that its kind of a one and done kind of business so I wont be going back. And if I do, it'll be for like chain oil or something like that so, very rarely. But yeah, if you want a extremely easy going and relaxed bike purchasing experience, look no further!

  These dudes are incredible! Bought a bike for my son here a few months ago. Fair prices and a great buying experience. That said, the service they've delivered since has been outstanding! We've brought the bike in a handful of times since as my son is rather hard on it. They are always kind and helpful, their bike servicing is quick and top notch, and they don't charge for tune ups if you bought the bike from their shop. Super impressed, I'll be doing all of my bike related business here from now on. THANK YOU!

  Great bike shop I got an awesome bike there and they gave me two free tuneups for free! Really great service and people as well.

  The guys there are great. Brought a bike in. Since I needed a new chain. They had in stock, they put it on and I was in and out the door in 10 minutes.

  Just picked up a new bike for my son. The experience was absolutely perfect! Called about an online bike, Jeff and Mitch immediately set it aside. Drove half an hour to get there. They then took more time to fit my son and recommend a slightly larger bike. These are the types of characteristics of impeccable leadership and a focus on customer experience. I had a horrible experience with that big MN based ‘E’ brand shop - never again, all my business will go to Ramsey cycle. I’d drive an hour plus to come here again and again. You will not be disappointed! Thank you for making my son thrilled on his 11th birthday :)
